How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, click Forgot Password and enter your email. We'll send a reset link. Click the link, set your new password, and you're back in.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Contact us at support@echoforge.games with your account email and we'll process the deletion. This is permanent and removes all characters and progress.

How do I report a bug?

You can: (1) Submit a ticket here on the support portal (coming soon). (2) Post in the EchoForge Discord #feedback-and-bugs channel. (3) Use the /bug command in Discord for a guided report. (4) Email support@echoforge.games.
